What’s with “Wickle”?

No, it’s not my name, so don’t blame my parents.

A wickle is actually that character you might see as my avatar around — it’s a K shoved against the side of a W with a little tail at the bottom like the bottom of an L.

My initials are WKL, so there we go. This system makes more sense, of course, for my three children — Tickle (TKL), Wiggle (WGL), and Eagle (EGL).

Wickle, I have a question about Mike Huckabee. Can you PLEASE tell me (if you know) his positions on the Patriot ACT and the Real ID ACT?

I am afraid I cannot vote for any candidate who favors either of them. I am traditionally a conservative Republican :-)

    Ohhhhhh… I was wondering.

    LOL… That’s very cool. :)

    Makes for some confusing scoldings.

E.g. Tickle stop torturing Wiggle, Wiggle stop tickling Tickle – you’re making him wiggle!! :)

Yes, well, we seldom use the nicknames in real life, it turns out.

I do call Eagle “my baby bird,” but that’s about it. That could be fun, though.

    That’s so cute :)

    Hi Wickle,

I just wanted to let you know that my first book, America’s Back-Door Enemy: Unmasking the Unknown Terrorists, is now available for sale on the Internet. If you’re interested, kindly let me know. Thanks!

My mom went to school with three sisters named Candy, Sugar and Honey. Actual names.

    I’d go for Eagle.

Candy, Sugar, Honey … sigh … That’s just really (Wait for it …) sweet.

Actually, I would have to argue that that’s just wrong. Some people shouldn’t be allowed to name children.

Yep. I went to high school with a girl named Candy … her last name was Cane. Add to that the brothers two grades ahead of me Tim and Gray … their last name was Wolf … Tim’s full name was Timber.
